King of Customization Most Popular Android Pie Custom ROM is Coming

There are lots of Custom ROMs available for major and popular Android smartphones. List of Custom ROMs

But Resurrection Remix is the most popular custom ROM among all of these ROMs.Resurrection Remix OS known as RR is an open source OS based on Android and available for all popular smartphones whose Kernel source is available. Resurrection Remix comes with lots of customizations. You can customize everything in OS like the status bar, lock screen, Navigation Bar, Gestures and much more and provide good Battery Backup. Resurrection Remix Project started in 2012. RR OS is available for more than 150 devices. As of February 2018 RR 5.7.x and 5.8.x Android Nougat is installed over 900,000 devices. There are two versions of Builds available for custom ROMs.

1. Official Build – In Official Build, Regular OTA updates and Security Patches are pushed to devices by Device Maintainers. Unofficial Build – In Unofficial Build, There are no updates in future.

Nougat and Oreo Builds are available for various devices. Check it here if RR OS is available for your device. For download device specific ROM you need Codename of the Device. In the future post, I will tell you how to find device-specific custom ROM so stay tuned for future updates. For Installing Custom ROM you need a device with unlocked bootloader and Custom Recovery (TWRP/PitchBlack) installed in your phone.
